We’ve got some more news about Halo Infinite over at Gamescom with a brand new trailer and some news on the release date.

Gamescom is currently in full swing and we got some more information on the upcoming Halo Infinite. First and foremost we got to see a brand new cinematic trailer for Halo Infinite, which also gave us some insight into the upcoming first competitive season of Halo Infinite’s multiplayer. The trailer also introduced us to a new character in the form of Commander Agryna.
During the trailer we get some insight into the backstory of the new character, who’ll be heading up the Academy. The trailer sees her encountering the Spartans for the first time and her gradual evolution into the person she is today.“Commander Agryna knows firsthand the difference a Spartan can make—a difference never more important than now. Desperate resistance efforts have continued to fall short on multiple fronts, from Cortana’s relentless martial law to the expanding power and ambition of Atriox and the Banished. Finally there’s also the release date for the game, which is set at December 8, with the game releasing on Xbox Series X and Windows. The game won’t have Forge Mode of campaign co-op, however.
